In collaboration with Tokai University, BCS Inc. has developed a technology to generate composite cultured skin (Autograf™), a treatment that has proven successful in patients with severe burns. The company aims to expand its range of biomaterials to cartilage, bone or other body organs. To treat skin burns, burn care devices are also supplied. The second product line of the company concerns medical informatics systems for storing and computing vast amounts of medical data; medical imaging data-network systems are imported and combined with the company’s proprietary data management system.
