Morphogenesis has developed three platforms; cell therapy, immunotherapy and supporting technologies. Morphogenesis’ principle technology, MATCH™, resolves tissue shortage and graft rejection issues. MATCH technology helps to identify MHC (Major Histocompatibility complex) mismatches between donor and recipient. This platform includes the identification of stem cells (MG-1™) antigen and monoclonal antibodies), stem cell separation (PACS™) and stem cell expansion/growth factors.

The Polymer-Antibody Cell Separation (PACS™) system combines patented cell-specific antibodies with a special polymer that has no affinity for the stem cells themselves, thus preventing unwanted cell collection.

The company’s ImmuneFx™ is a cancer vaccine utilising bacterial antigens to induce a strong immune response of the patient’s immune system directed specifically to the tumour.

The following section contains a selection of the company’s most relevant patents. For comprehensive patent information please refer to the espacenet databases.
