Currently there is no therapy that improves neurological function in people with a long term, or chronic, SCI or with MS. Clinical trials of the company’s lead product, Fampridine-SR, have shown improvements in some neurological functions in people with these conditions. The company’s second most advanced product candidate, valrocemide, is being developed in collaboration with Teva Pharmaceuticals.
