Millimed develops therapeutic devices for minimally invasive medical interventions, for example, spray coating is used to genereate ultra-thin coatings with specific drug release properties. The company uses nano-spinning to produce fibers ranging from 5 to
1000 nm.

Millimed is working on the integration of nitric oxide into vascular therapeutic devices. Nitric oxide is known to have a messenger character in the natural healing of diseased blood vessels.
