The Fondazione Parco Biomedico San Raffaele focuses on the fundamental research of stem cells and the pre-clinical development of regenerative therapeutics.

Research is mainly based on stem cell research, including:
Muscular dystrophy; skeletal diseases; molecular cardiology; hematology, differentiation therapy, leukemia; immunology and diabetes.

The resident company Layline Genomics concentrates on the development of new drug therapies and models for Alzheimer’s disease and further neurological diseases.

Biolab works on biological testing and quality control.
