Menlo Park, CA — February 27, 2006—Geron Corporation (Nasdaq: GERN) will announce its financial results for the year end and fourth quarter 2005 on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, prior to the opening of the equity market. Thomas B. Okarma, Ph.D., M.D., Geron’s chief executive officer, and David L. Greenwood, Geron’s chief financial officer, will host a conference call for analysts and investors following the announcement at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
