Cell Concepts GmbH is a privately-owned biotech company founded as a trading enterprise in 1992. The company supplies cell culture and tissue research tools and reagents. In addition, contract service/research is being offered. Since 1998 Cell Concepts GmbH is industrial project partner in the EU research programme for bio-artificial tissue and organ development.

Cell Concepts’ concept involves tools for research applications, the growth and development of cells and tissues in their typical microenvironment, the stimulation of their differentiation ability and life function and the analysis or manipulation of the cell’s metabolism. The product portfolio includes cells and cell lines (cytokine, growth factor and antibodies), cytokine and endostatin EIA and ELISA kits, reagents, analytical assays and preparation systems for molecular biology, protein chemistry, proteomics and apoptosis research, reagents and tools for electrophoresis.
