LSBC was founded in 1987 in order to commercialise Geneware®, the first of several proprietary technologies. A modern production facility was subsequently established in Owensboro, Kentucky, focusing on therapeutic proteins and vaccines.

LSBC is specialised in protein development and manufacturing, with a particular focus on the commercialization and manufacturing of therapautic proteins and vaccines (e.g., Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and papillomaviruses).

The company’s most important viral vector is Geneware®. Additional technological platforms enable the expression of genes in plants.

LSBC’s BAMF (Biomarker AMplifier/Filter) technology enables the detection of diseases such as ovarian, prostate or lung cancers.
