In national and European networks, REMEDY was developed in co-operation with external partners in order to support measures in the field of tissue engineering. They comprise an online support tool based on the tissue engineering product matrix as well as specific services such as expert opinions on scientific/technological feasibility and ethical questions of product development, trainings for scientists and technical staff and consultation on public research programmes. This model is suited to support the tissue engineering industry in sustainable network structures which enable a transfer and exchange of knowledge. After project termination all services are offered via a network agency co-operating with other regional and European knowledge- and dissemination networks.
