Tissue engineering is one of the company’s core businesses. Resodyn is developing new processes and devices for the tissue engineering industry that utilise the ResonantAcousticsĀ® agitation system. This system permits an increased mass transfer into biodegradable scaffolds and causes low hydrodynamic shear stress. Thus it improves growth rates of tissue-engineered constructs and reduces times for multiple tissue processing procedures. It can be exerted for the growth of human tissue on biodegradable scaffolds and/or the processing of human tissue for medical applications.
