Aegera Therapeutics is a privatly held oncology company, which evolved from a merger of Apoptogen and Exogen Neuroscience in 2000. A three-year licensing and collaboration agreement of about US $25 MM with Curis Inc. assures the research in the area of adult human stem cells. Aegera formed its wholly owned subsidiary Aegera Oncology.
