The work of Vivalis is based on their two proprietary technology platforms. EBx™, a versatile production platform, arose from their knowledge in avian embryonic stem cells and can be used for industrial purposes. The EBx™ cells can be genetically engineered for the expression of foreign proteins and recombinant human proteins like monoclonal antibodies.
The company’s second proprietary technology is the cell-based 3D™ platform, which enables the identification of new small molecules that prevent viral replication.
