Food Technology
Founded in 1939 the Institute of Food Technologists can count approx. 22,000 members. The aim of this non-profit society is to provide support in the field of food technology.
The Institute serves as advocate for science on food-related issues, publishes resources for the food industry and organizes meetings - inclusively IFT FoodExpo, the world’s largest convention for food technology.
Furthermore the IFT supports educational programs, such as scholar- and fellowships.
